Ever heard of the game Grim Fandango? Me neither, until I was present for the announcement of its remaster at E3 2014.
Described as a dark comedy neo-noir adventure game, Fandango was originally released in 1998 by the now closed, LucasArts. After being virtually impossible for people to find since then, fans were eager for the title to make a return, despite the lack of control over the title’s rights with LucasArts.
Since the studios’ demise however, original project lead on the game and now head of dev studio Double Fine, Tim Schafer, has gathered his resources and managed to get Fandango back.
After over fifteen years, you can download Grim Fandango Remastered for either PlayStation 4, Vita, PC, Mac or Linux for £11.99.
Check back here at Start Replay soon, since we might be reviewing the game.
